Amongst others: setting the foundation, co-creating a relationship, communicating effectively and facilitating learning and results.  They will also learn about a specific coaching model to work with young people and how to use it effectively
  • The practical aspects of coaching young people, like contracting, managing confidentiality, safeguarding and the legal aspects associated with being a professional Young People Coach
