Young People Coaching Standards

Arthur trains individuals to become professional Young People Coaches. It also offers organisations bespoke solutions to developing young talent. Our mission is to promote the coaching of young people and to facilitate access to quality leadership coaching for young people. Coaching young people is more challenging than coaching adults and it requires a subtly different skill set.

Having access to coaching of this quality, so early in their careers, has helped these apprentices understand their real potential and build the capability and confidence to move toward it. During the course of the programme I have seen them become young leaders and their understanding of and commitment to our business bloom: making them the emotionally intelligent managers of the future.’
